The Charity Value and Income Fund is an Unregulated Collective Investment Scheme and as such there are restrictions on the distribution and promotion of this fund. In addition, most of the protections provided by the UK regulatory system and compensation under the UK's Financial Services Compensation Scheme will not be available.
